You must be off all active ingredients for at least 2 weeks before any products can be tested  for you to begin the acne program;

Acne Treatments with extractions are reserved for those clients who have gone through the Consultation and Treatment:

Once put on the Maintenance program, you will be able to order products but will have to follow the maintenance protocol and be seen for follow-up treatments at least every four to six months.  Failure to do so will result in no product refills.

Saturday appointments are generally booked out several months in advance, so if you require Saturdays, you will have to plan ahead and schedule.

Product refills can be purchased through our Online store which can be accessed through this website.

Products are not included in the price of the consultation and treatment. 

Expect to spend approximately $150- $175 for your products at the time of the initial appointment.

All appointments require a valid credit card on file to schedule and hold appointments. Our Cancellation Policy requires a 24-hour cancellation notice. This time has been set aside especially for you; if you fail to provide the required 24-hour cancellation notice, we are unable to offer that time to anyone else.  We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and each case will be decided individually. Failure to provide the 24-hour cancellation notice will result in a late cancellation fee of $50 being charged to the card on file. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will be considered a “No Show” and the full price of the service will be charged.

Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email along with a link and a temporary password which you can use to log into your client portal. There you will find your consultation forms which we ask that you fill out prior to your appointment. New clients, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you can view our new client video.

If you have young children, kindly plan for their care.  Due to liability issues, children are not allowed in the treatment room and must be supervised by an adult in the waiting area.
