Meet Nancy, owner and operator of Clear Beauty acne Clinic.   Nancy has been a licensed esthetician since 1999 and a Certified Acne Specialist since 2012.
After becoming licensed in New Jersey, I moved to Hilton Head, South Carolina where I worked in several skincare venues, learning everything I could and once I felt secure, together with a partner, we opened Serenity Salonspa in 2002. This was a full-service day spa on beautiful Hilton Head Island, SC.   We offered every service available and anything new that came on the market.  We were the first day spa to open on the mainland and had much success for 13 years.  In 2007/08, the market took a downturn and everything stopped.  
It was time to move on.  We closed the shop, I sold my house and together with my family, we moved to Plano, Texas.  Not having any clients, I worked at several skincare studios, learning other services that we didn't offer at Serenity. However, during this time, I started seeing more and more clients with problem skin; namely, acne.  Now it was time to learn something totally different. Research brought me to Dr. Fulton,  a well known Dermatologist in Florida who wrote the book Acne Rx, developed the use of Benzoyl Peroxide in the treatment of acne, was instrumental in developing RetinA and had his own line of acne products, Vivant Skincare.  I was able to clear several clients with this product; However, through Dr. Fulton, I met Laura Cooksey.  Owner of Face Reality Skincare in California. I studied with her and learned her modalities, took her certification course and was then able to use her products and protocols.  This is now what we offer at Clear Beauty Acne Clinic.
